There has been an explosion in recent years in Chronic health conditions. Previously the danger was infectious diseases, whereas are now we are plagued with chronic lifestyle conditions such as Diabetes, Heart disease, High blood pressure, Thyroid disorders, allergies and obesity. Nutritional Therapy is relevant for many chronic conditions as it  looks to what is causing poor health and works to support relevant factors.

Supportive measures back to optimal health often take time which is why in general, I do not offer single consultations. Small changes can make all the difference but have to be monitored and adjusted over time. Often our health issue has been years in the making and will likely need a series of consultations.
